You will eat the same foods, the amounts will differ depending on if you are needing to eat in a surplus to put on muscle, a deficit to lean out, as well as your current body composition. As your body progresses so will your eating to breakthrough plateaus.

So often I see people putting in the work at the gym, trying, but ending up frustrated when they aren't seeing results. My goal is to teach you that for optimal results, your eating MUST match your training to reach your overall goal. For this reason I like to get your food down first before really getting into a training program. This will allow you to boost your energy to have the motivation to work out and start shedding lbs. before entering a strenuous routine.
